‘The Incredible Outfits We Loved At Notting Hill Carnival’ – Refinery29

.In August 2019, Megan was commissioned by Refinery29 to photograph people’s outfits at Notting Hill Carnival; one of the largest carnivals in the world which attracts one million people every year.

Creative Debuts x Adidas Originals ‘PRIDE’ Exhibition

.From July to September 2019, Megan and an array of other LGBT+ artists were given the opportunity to exhibit their work at the pre-Pride parade party instalment of Creative Debuts’ First Thursdays Spotlight Series in collaboration with adidas Originals. PRIDE showcased the work of selected artists exploring personal, intimate and challenging explorations of social and political narratives. The event strived to democratise, diversify and disrupt the art world; celebrating diversity, empowerment and inclusion.

Truman Brewery ‘Free Range’ Degree Show

In June 2019, Megan exhibited images from her series titled ‘Adolescence to Adulthood’ alongside a short film in which she had compiled clips spanning over a four-year period, visually demonstrating both her physical and mental growth from teen to adulthood. This work was exhibited as part of her degree show at the Truman Brewery in collaboration with Free Range - an art organisation which showcases photography and art work from universities across the UK and currently runs the largest graduate showcase in Europe.
